"Nate was the gentleman I talked to. He was fantastic! "Horrible Service. SO bad... that tried to move to a different agent.. and they wouldn't let me. Had to argue with their staff... multiple times to release my polices. They still didn't do it. I had to file a complaint against him with State Farm and the Colorado Division of Insurance for unethical behavior. Would never recommend them. And I would recommend any one else who has received this treatment from them file with the Colorado Division of Insurance against him."

"We dont have any means, system, or control to prevent any client from moving to another agency or canceling your policy. It doesn’t exist. Frequent in Non-pays, Late pays, stretching billing dates, it never feels good to expose the self inflicted discomfort someone has with our office but here we are. We look forward to using the extra time to serve our customers that don’t use their personal financial situation to argue with our staff while we try to accommodate to them. "

"Extremely fast and professional service! I recently switched all my policies (homeowners, rental properties, auto, RV and umbrella) to State Farm. Abigail Butler-Berven has been my contact and she is "Johnny on the Spot" - always quick to respond and has all the answers! The switch to State Farm was very easy and Abigail was patient in answering all my questions during the transition. My experience has been nothing short of 5 stars, I would recommend State Farm, and Abigail in particular, to anyone!"

"I was asked to complete a survey after I was told that the $978 per month cost of State Farm auto insurance for two adults and two student drivers could not be lowered because of not completing a State Farm safety form even though my youngest completed the safe driver class as required by the state and I submitted copies to State Farm as proof thinking that met the requirement. As a result, I am extremely frustrated and disappointed in my experience with State Farm. Glad to see State Farm can afford all the celebrity advertisements and the State Farm name posted everywhere in arenas."

"It looks like all we were waiting for was the certification from the steer clear requirement. We have been reaching out via text and email, let us know if there is a better method. Please give us a call and we can walk you through submitting the form quick and easy. And you are correct, having this in for a youthful driver is a huge saving. "
